something went wrong while trying to perform a chaos cloud render check the ruby console for more info

I get the following error message any time I try and render with chaos cloud and if I try to export a scene nothing saves. I do not have any issues with other sketchup files and until today I did not have this issue with this file. Any help as soon as possible would be great. I've reinstalled the client app but that didn't help. And I do not know how to check the ruby console for more info. (i've uploaded a screen shot)
