Here is a senior care facility that I am wrapping up. The architect wanted the wide lens, which I tried to talk him out of. He thinks it is important that people see the whole building in one shot. Oh well, what's one to do?

I remember seeing your work from years ago on here. Really cannot pick any flaws here at all. I get the client restraints as well such as wide angle lenses and sunshine and lollipops as you mentioned elsewher, but this is what sells - especially if its for seniors. There is no choice when it's done for a living. I really like those foreground plants and the steps with lights with a bit of DOF as well.
In my case my boss always requires some very boring front on camera views and previously some very safe lighting setups (no vray sun/sky), so now after getting back into it i'm trying to familiarise myself with the latest max 2020 and vray which I just talked them into buying. It feels like starting again - none of my old materials look right anymore. 3D has been a very small part of my job for many years now - and now vray+max is once again frustrating me because of the re-learning process....so many changes!!!
Anyway keep up the good work. The consistency is what pays the bills imho

Personally I would move the cam view slightly on the left view as the foreground wooden thing is matching the roof line a bit prominently.

Yeah, I knew that it would look like that before I rendered, It is flat on the ground, but it does look like a flat tire. It would be great to have multiple pivot points so cars can be dropped on uneven pavement.Bobby Parker

Well, you 'could' do it but it would mean getting CraftDirector Studio. Maybe a bit overkill for this case thoughThough, so saying it is an enormous amount of fun just to be able to drive cars around like this I did yeeears ago....more fun on an off-road type terrain though https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9LXI2r34oE
A trick I use a lot is to autogrid a box to a given surface and then align e.g. the car to it as an initial positioner.

Nice, but too expensive for an occasional rough parking lot. Plus, the dang subscription... please, stop! I have been seeing plugins/scripts that have stopped being supported for years asking for subscription fees now. I literally just saw one and the last supported MAX version was MAX 2010.

You probably already have these, but evermotion make some decent car libraries as well suitable for this purpose if you need other ones to chose from. I think these viz people ones are good, but maybe a little too shiny? (to be really fussy!). love all of your work though - the grass in particular but I think the composition and angle of camera's is appealing as well despite what you said before about it. For example, I wouldn't mind buying this library, it has some nice vehicles in there and from memory are set up for vray as well.
