Second version is better and more lively, good job overall
A few comments I have,
-Lighting is a bit flat, you could try to fix this with proper tone mapping and/or directionality of Vray area lights
-Intensity of the sun light is not as strong as it would be in this scene, probably best to disable it instead of making it believable. Another reason is the image you used on the outside which kinda says the Sun is not coming from this direction
-Try to make the details sharper on your fabrics, whether you need high resolution bump texture or more sharpening(lower blur value) glossiness seems to be off honestly
Depends on the client as well, if he wants sun light and this kind of lighting it is up to him
Best,
Muhammed

Thank you for your valuable comments Muhammed! I do have the Filmic tonemap applied in the VFB and also some little bit of clarity added with a camera raw filter in pshop. Agree fabric could be better.mark f.
