This as one of 3 houses to be built on this steep forested hillside. I have done one previously. It has been a challenge. They wanted a drone background photo. So i got that last summer in advance (with no plans or other info to reference). Then they did not like the ugly condo building and house under construction that appeared in the background. I explained I would screen those with some added trees, but that wasn't acceptable. So simulated forest behind.
Then I provided lighting studies. Twilight from West (it's an East facing house), Twilight from East (who cares if the sun sets in the East?) and Daylight. Daylight was agreed on by developer and realtor (clients). Got it done. They said they preferred Twilight and I should have known that. Frustrating.
