    good good , I like your brushed metal.
    Global lighting is good but two thing distub me:
    1/ the ceiling (where it is?) I think it is important to see it or to crop your pict IMO.
    2/ you know about your cycas plant, may be a Kentia will be better and it seems to be plate or in the wall.
    cheers
    =:-/

            Sure. There is a wiring error and all the blue wires have been connected were the red ones should go. Before posting another render, please double check with the electrician.

            I like the shading.

              i want to discuss why when i push the button 6 times the elevator doesnt come and quicker than when i just pushed it once. it should realise if it doesnt go quick enough it will loose its job and become stairs.
              hehe
              nice rendering. love the material. wish i could have had that when i was doing a loby project a while back

                  sorry mates!

                  i mean these doors can not open because of the way they are built into the frame.

                  Have a look:

                  Thats the way these doors are built..

                  regards

                    @Stephen_MA
                    No problem... It was after all made from sketch that i had... If I had some final detail project, i guess it would look different. However, for catalogue it's fine

                    @DaForce
                    Metal is fotographed elevator doors from one building, and then postprocessed in PS. Map is applied on VrayMtl, with ca. 80% reflection (no fresnel), 0,5 anisotropy with 90 degrees rotation. Shader is Blinn. In adition I used two omni lights for specular (each for every door) with multiply of only 0,1....just to have subtle specular except those captured on real photo.

                    After that, picture was adjusted in PS, and at the end that famous "soft focus" get rid of brushed lines leaving only traces of it.

                    Hope it helps someone

                    Thanks for comments people, after I change plant and make better camera view, will post again.

                      sorry for being picky, but as an architect i spot this error at once.

                      regards

                        nice job. image is rather coldish to me though. Thats what clients rarely get bubbly over

                          It's a bit to desaturated for me. I would like to see the original before you photoshoped it.
