there seem to be some modeling errors on those beveled corners, and i really think there should be a more contrasty burnedt surfaces for a really sunny mood!
other than that its very nice!

Thanks for the comments. The lighting is just light blue environment sky and one direct light with vray shadows. Ir + lc.
Those bevels are a bit rough, now that you mention it.
For the sun, more yellow, or brighter, or both ?

I still have to do the interiors.

        Will post an update soon.
        Thanks again for the comments.
        Regards,
        Mike

          both really....
lattely i m using a vray light as the direct light source, and play with size to adjust the shadows...it has proven good results and rendertimes

yeah the bevels are a little crisp...but there seems to be an error just above the door...?

I'm ready to move in! Nice mood. I like the shellac pot texture (almost too brilliant), the light fixtures and chimes. It seems like a bit more saturation in your floor panels would help brighted up the scene. Also, the noise bump on the close wall needs to be sharper (adjust the threshold). Are those opacity mapped ferns? Oh, and I just noticed that your coffee table, and chair arms gets lost in the picture. I would lighten them up a hair to let them show up, but still look black, or maybe your light adjustment will bring them out.
