Truely fabulous - and exciting to see 1.5 in use. (BTW if you provided just one of those pillows on CS i'd sleep a hell of a lot better)

Great work Nikki ... my only comments are the amount of light coming out of the lamp shades isnt really showing on the walls behind.. but apart from that ... GREAT!!

Nice one Niki, a tribute to Steve Irwin?

I agree about the light through the lampshades and maybe a little more bump on the gator skin but all in all a very nice image.

Thanks to all of you !
@ Natty, I perfectly agree about your comments. Thanks man.
Of course it can get much better, but it should have some bug to prove
                    it is still a CG,

Here is the straight render 100% out of V-Ray. No touches at all.

                    Best regards,

                      Great image!!!

But I thinkn you should reduce the "Maxwell-Filter" Effect in post.
A little less grain would be perfect.

very nice render. Though I'm unable to figure out what you have going with the lamp shades. The map on them specifically. Is it a self illum map or just a color type of map?

Probably the new 2 sided vray-mat, works great for stuff like that.
