  • leather 70s chair

    week end stuff threw together just for fun. from reference photos, and old pieces of model that were just sitting there. dmc and vray's camera dof, gi is on but only for the first bounce.

              cheers, glad you liked those. and grazie nikki, really appreciated
              highlights are a problem, yes. I guess it could be avoided clamping the output and checking subpixel mapping, but I wanted full float editing on them. it's a trade off, but in this case I'm not really bothered.

                    clamping and subpixel mapping are an option, if I had to re-render them that is. I guess that might do the trick, another idea can be render at bigger resolutions and then downsize. this way you can keep the 32 bit output, and loose the aliased reflections.

                          there's not much to see actually. this shot has two vray lights windowlike, strongest one just in front of the chairs and the second one almost right behind them.
