Very clean combination with the plants! At this moment i really hate plants, because i am still having trouble with creating the right ones. Also the reflection in the first few pictures are very nice.

I am a bit jealous right now :P

i like the arcitecture and yuour views very mush.. they are telling stories. i love the last two views contrast than the first ones... i guess try to add contrast now with your render. try to play the color mapping.

I love the overall look and feel of these renders. Very artistic and original. My only CC is to maybe liven it up just a little bit with some contrasting colors somewhere my suggestion would be a yellow car. It all matches almost too well.

That is minor though and I would defiantly buy whatever you are selling. Great work!

            Re: proposal wips

Really nice renders so far. I dig the soft lighting atmosphere. Where did you get the characters/cars and trees? They look very cool.

One suggestion: you might try to make the grass less tiled/repetitive so it looks more realistic. This is one of the downsides of Sketchup for materials such as grass where the tilable texture is so noticeable. That's why I always post work in Photoshop to make it look more real. There is also another way to do it is add/divide more irregular shapes inside the grass areas.

            Have a great one!

Excellent images, only let down by the poor tiling on the grass and path textures.

Great work Teo as always. I really like the first 3 or 4 images, and then next batch doesn’t seem up to the same level. I love the views you have chosen for those, I wish people were more open to creativity in our office. All the images we produce always have to show the whole building and nothing else, nothing fun or creative, it never sells the image. I try to stick some motion blur or interesting things but no one ever accepts it, funny since were all supposed to be creative architect's, ya right. That’s why I’m on my own now, and having fun!

Anyways enough of that , I would agree with the previous comments about the tiling.

I really like the first four images Teo, did you use mado? or a visopt of your own?
people look really nice and cars too! are they formfonts models? they look like!

                  muy chido!

                    Re: proposal wips

thx all for your comments, i did notice too the repeated tiles and the terrible grass without displacement in the apartments proposals, but i need to know wich is going to be selected to work on the quality of materials, any way thanks for taking time to reply.

im in a rush right now but tomorrow ill post answers to the questions some made...
