      look really nice Da_elf!!!!

the only thing is, and this may be my preference, there seem to be too much pink in the scene - it's almost distracting in a way.

I don't know if you're going for a certain daylight/sunset time of the day...but rignt now it is a bit overwhelming.

like i was saying, this is the untextured version. the "pink" will be more peach with green trimmings and limestone

I think it is to pink too and the sand is too blue, like the ocean color
though and oh yeah, I have never seen plants like that at the beach.
Lighting and modeling looks great nice to see slats without the moire
              patterns

a: its on a white ground. i havent finished and thus its not composited into the photo yet. b: the beachbar is next to the beach. not on the beach so any plants can be planted there. and c: the blue is just because i was using a direct light which wasnt set to light the whole white ground so the blue area is lit only by the blue skylight thus the blue color. Thanks about the slate the yatch club this is for loooooves slats hehe

how did you model it all? Becuase it looks like the whole building exterior is 1 big mofo mesh.

                            Could you post a wireframe?

                            p.s. Looks awesome

lets see. to davis 1st. yes Maco is still published. i just finished doing a photo shoot for it last week with Bob Kiss (one of the photographers for it) and i know the girl who owns the magazine rather well.

as for lighting. simeple direct light set to 0.6 on multiplier, and the default color for skylight at multiplier 0.5
