Funny.... but I quite like those ones... even though it reminds me a bit of the traditional watercolor/crayon drawings done by perspective artists.

A couple of years back i worked on this project where all images had this combination of photoshop filters apllied afterwards to give a better consistency to it.
    - it definately makes the people and trees look like they are part of the scene rather than "stuck on" (ie RPC)

NB... didnt actually create these myself... but worked on the animation side of the same project.
And the most disturbing thing: these are all originally rendered in MICROSTATION!!!

Looks great- what kind of people you throw in there? Were they hand drawn?

                  Natty,

I like it. Could you please share some of the steps required to achieve this look. . At times, we have clients that like this type of look and I gave up hand drawing some time back. As much as I like CG renderings there is still a place for this medium.

                  Thanks,

                  S.

The modeling I can't help you on- but you can do the post-processing effect pretty easily- just use the impressionist plugin for Photoshop. You may even be able to do it using the pastelsconte crayon? filter (though I haven't really expiramented with this much.)

                      hi guy's
its a very easy 3 step process.
the image was taken into corel draw.
1 copied the layer, opacity 30
                      2 find edges
                      3 then a sketch filter.
4 then play with the overall opacity to get the look.

                      very simple

                        hello my friend
the images are very nice, with a singular beauty. Would like you said if was the client how ask this kind of presentation or only you decided to make a diference job? because i thinks this is a presentation who satisfacts more us than client... sometimes they dont understand very well this kind of draw uhhh so booring clients
                        see you natty

The images were done this way because the client asked for an Artistic
                              Artist impression .
@psy....... i agree the steps do look steep but that was something to do
with having a certain amount of walkway between the steps and the carpark. .....

anyhow .... thanks for your comments
