Beach House

This is a favor to my wonderful parents, who are trying to sell their beach property. So the idea was to design and render an easy and cheap to build looking holiday home.

I hope the realestate people can do wonders.

I'd rather see the actual house deck than see the wooden structure under the house!

I just played around with the time of day in SU and in Vray I played around with the Pysical Camera's F-Number setting.

It looks so neat, congrats. I suppose that the plants were done in photoshop, am i right?. Great render and the grass looks amazing.

Very true. Sometimes I lose focus on what im trying to achieve and go for the more damatic angles.
To be honest. The site is 2 and a half hours drive away and the only photos I have of the surrounding
view are crap. So went for this angle so that the view was obstructed by trees.
