BBB3: Thank you BBB3, trust me when I watch your works, they are my main reference! You are inspiration to me =)
Yes, this contrast is nice ^__^

digitalx3d: For the still, we use Universal Setting. The noise is driven by the noise threshold in the DMC Sampler rollout.
We have a lot of detail, so only with Brute force we can have nice rendering with nice detail (and high rendertime)
In the original render (3000px) there is some noise. But by reducing the size with PS, some noise is clean a little bit.

For the animation, we use IM + LC High preset -4 -1 80 20 (no universal setting) No strange setting.
with camera path (see spot3D for the tutorial)

      LC with camera path
      3000 subdivs World 10 or 20 cm (I don't remember)

The problem isn't the GI, but the AA.
If I remember correctly (Min 2 Max 14) or (Min 1 and Max 16) or (Min 2 and Max 12) I don't remember very well. Filter Quadratic
Rendertime 45-50 min on esacore I7 in HD (1280x720) . At the same resolution, 15-20 min if you use (Min 1 Max 4).
But, obviously, you will have a flickering problem.
