I don't like this view...if the developer try to sell this before the renovation....I think this rendering doesn't work well doing that.

Too many vents, the light fixture is not the best for the space, some window treatments would be nice... Working there and don't be able to control the natural light is not good and glowing is too strong...almost looks like there is a lot dust floating in the air.

Funny that you say that. I had different light fixtures and window blinds, but they got rid of them. They wanted very bright! All white furniture, and no clutter.

it might be about location. Maybe these spaces are known to be dark, so they are trying to counter that with very bright images. I don't think the black leather will stay; they'll want white. I think the secretary is driving the decisions. I spoke to her yesterday, and she used the work, "I" often. "I don't like wood", and "I like white furniture".

The other two views that you have look much better, and they show the overall space... This view in particular being a close up and showing what could me an executive office is not selling that in my opinion.... The blinds could be all the way up, some of them a little bit down but it give you the impression of a finished area.
Regarding the light fixture, maybe if you turn them off for that view ... That corner already has a lot lights coming in.
I agree about the black leather, it looks dated for the style of those seats

I remember a script, a long time ago, that created blinds. The blinds could be open, closed, up, or down. Does anybody remember this? Do you know where I could find it?

I am finding the new view to be overly washed, lacking contrast and color, almost blurry, as others mentioned, too much glow...blacks are not black enough, at least for me
Overall, it just looks a bit more "cg" than I have seen from you...
