Here, is a kitchen that I am working on. Other than needing to increase some subdiv, any advice to make it better?

Initial thoughts:- Generally I would say 'less clutter', but maybe that's because I have been brainwashed by the requests of our clients! Floor material looks a bit weird - too much variation between planks. Corner at top right (above shelves) looks a bit dark, and also the curtain in the foreground on the right looks quite dark - almost like a night time image, but the window behind it shows that it is in fact daylight.
    Kind Regards,

It's a good start Bobby. What is up with the dinning table white edge? Is that really a big vertical edge band not flush with the glass top or am I seeing this wrong? Looks like the glass sits an inch below the surface.
Similar comments to tricky but I'll add those stools are horrible (sorry, just my taste maybe differs) and the view feels cramped/awkward. Seems a little like a random assortment of assets ATM...

To me, the main change should be in lighting. A day render that feels too much like a night one. I think if you reduced the intensity of artificial lighting you'll get a great contrast and much nicer feel.

Here, is an update. I ended up using a lot of my existing assets, which I have to stop doing, but I think it works well.

                  It's looking much better!

U might check your curtains and blinds and window sill for intersections.

Personally I'd put the colour back in. Its too cold for advertising a new house and the wooden floors don't look as nice with no colour.

the architect asked, "what happened to the red stools?" He thinks the space looked more modern with the red stools.

I will agree about putting some color back, somehow. The red stools, I did not like, but they were possibly more "modern."
-Somehow the whole image is very somber/cold.
-The tall floor lamp is troubling me. It does not seem illuminated enough to match the intense light it is throwing on the adjacent wall...
-Perhaps get some nice light on the flower/vase or get rid of it.
-nice idea with phone, but in this case it is not adding and is a distraction. IMO, lose the land line.
