        Re: Architecture Visualisation in v-rayBlender

Hi bro, starting good and background is matching better. Lighting is prety well balanced too.

        Few things if you want crit;
-Floor bump is weird, maybe set too high?
-Floor texture is scaled too small, perhaps the parquets should be twice the size
-The chrome is too extreme, set the reflection lower maybe 80% or less, and use imperfect gloss level, around 97% perhaps

Another thing you could look at is setting the white balance to balance the yellowing light from the wood floor, it may look more natural.

              Re: Architecture Visualisation in v-rayBlender

There's too bump in the floor and the white balance is too extreme. Set better the colormap (try 2.1 gamma or use reinhard), There are too overexposed zones, try to manage the camera parameters to fix it.
Uh, It seems to not be present the fresnel reflection on the glass. It will increase the realism.

Can you show result without curves/levels/exposure on the VFB. This way we can better crit the balance of lighting/colours.

Nice renders. Even i sow it on your facebook before
I think that bump is too strong on the floor, rest is realy nice.
                  Waiting for final result.

                          Re: Architecture Visualisation in v-rayBlender

                          Hi, nice work.

I noticed that your scene is Reflecting a lot of colour from the floor onto the walls.

This diffuse reflection can really afffect the average colour of the scene, which means that white balance needs to be alrered, however doing this changes all the colours which can look odd.

I saw a tip recently which involves over riding the gi material slot for the floor with a diffuse white material. Its under the material override section. This means that your floor will reflect untinted light in the scene, which often looks more natural. Its worth a try, anyway!

                          Rob

                          Ps

What colour settings are you using, the image looks quite high in contrast?
