Okay, I am holding my grounds! Here is a nice sunny day rendering.

That looks great! The little warm vignette of sunshine top right looks a tiny bit unnatural to me hue wise but the main rendering itself is really good!

I thought of that, but she wants mid day and sunny

Why not just evening golden hour with very low sun, soft, so it covers most of the building, with soft shadows to the roof and sides?

just soften off the shadows a bit, she probably has an issue with unnaturally crisp shadows. Think partly cloudy rather than totally overcast

That last one looks really good. Turned out nice!

I did another one, that fit exactly what she wanted. Soft light and little to no shadows (dusk shot), but she really like my final. At least I proved to her that what she wanted wasn't the makings of a good image.
