1920 X 1080 they took around 1 1/2 hours per view. I used a noise removing filter and doubled their size in Perfect 9. For the finals I'll render them out higher; some things are lacking fine detail, but for the most part I am happy. I used the V-Ray presets for interior. IR + LC 31%, 12%, 80%, but I ended up setting the IR to high and 100/30. For the camera I used real settings of 2.8, 60, 100 and raised the ISO if needed. The lights are also using real world luminous values. The outside is an HDRI and I put a plane with a V-Ray light material on it, with a bitmap. If anyone cares to know 😀.

I wonder how those would have turned out and the render-times on GPU.

I would try, but it doesn't support multi texture, which is what I'm using on the floors.

            Right,
When I need multitextures, I by pass the issue by using a multisub mate with few materials each with one texture applied.

            like this :

I'll have to remove the multi texture just to see how fast RT renders it. If it's fast I can use the workaround. Thanks.

Okay, left turn. After working a month with the Owner, all of a sudden a new person took the project over. Don't they know that, that isn't allowed? I already started with no elevations, color boards, or anything but a colored floor plan. What do you do? This new guy, who is the designer, added a whole mess of detail, which came to me from HOUZZ clippings. The kitchen didn't change much, but I think the others took a turn for the worse. He decided to exchange the guest bedroom for the master bath, too. Of course, the deadline didn't change and I have yet to see the site plan. Four house, five interiors per house and two exteriors per house, with an arial of the four house. Okay, I vented, so I feel better.

Stepping back and looking at them again, they are not worse, just got a little gaudy. Each room needs a splash of color, too. I don't think I like the foyer, but I'll look at it later, with new eyes.
