I just noticed a few fireflies just above the shower head on the wall behind.

Floor tile still isn't looking correct, however here is an update

it is a shower in between his/her baths. Well, shower on one side and toilet on the other.

I think if you open the doors would be easy to understand.... the reflexion are in front of the camera adding an extra layer of what is happening there.

I had to remove them; they were causing an awful reflection in the vanity mirror.

What if just on the glass closest to the camera you add a very very slight colour cast to it? either 1% or 2% grey or a blue/green cast, just to make it noticeable but not enough to pull attention away from the rest of the scene?

One thing that bothers me a bit on all those shots is the vray dirt that seems to be present in all the corners.
Not sure if you added it in post or at render-time, but although I'm sure it does emphasise the modelling, I think it's a bit to preeminent.

I did in in V-Ray, with a .4 to keep it try and keep it subtle.

The glass material of the shower doors, as others mentioned, could use some fog or color, something to at least get the edges looking realistic...and I would open both doors, at least enough to change the angle against the view.
I don't know why, but it comes across a bit gloomy, and sort of scary...just my 2 cents
