Works for me, it looks nice, but the legs on the chairs on the right look very strange to me.

If you right click the link, you can save the target to your harddrive. That's the only way I could view the image.

          Nice lighting.

well.. actually this image was not rendered with Vray, it was rendred with MentalRay using Maya, i decided to post this image here cause i was checking the forum and i notice that there are a lot of architectural designs, so i thought it would be the best place to hear some comments

Looks pretty good, modeling lacks some detail, I think the reflection on the door is too pronounced, also the deck tile is way too reflective. And the sun shadows are too sharp.

                What was the render time?

well.. no offense, i know Vray its a good render, actually im waiting for the Maya version, but the problem is i dont like 3dsmax, ive been working with 3d max since it was a DOS program (3d studio R1 R2..R4 to max 1,2,3) then i switched to Maya which i think has a better interface its much more productive.I decided to post this image here because as i said, there are a lot of architectural designs, so it would be a good place to hear some comments, and i know about the CGarchitect website im posting this image there also.. well.. sorry , didnt wanted to create any problem .. if the moderators decide to delete this post its ok.. sorry..
