This is a first draft of a rendering to show the client. I don't want them fixating on materials yet. So everything has a clay-colored override except for the landscape stuff. A bunch of ForestPros, Railclones and some great VizPark trees (when will they release their shrub pack?!).
Some serious ghosting around my ForestPro background trees for some reason (I have the Max background set to black).
