Best Compact Desktop Workstation

Hi everyone,
considering I'm working 50% of my time from home and the other 50% from the office I'm looking for a compact desktop workstation (not laptop). I'm using Rhinoceros with V-Ray, mainly for interior design and product.
I have this 3 option:

• Lenovo ThinkStation P360 Ultra: i9-12900K vPro (E-core 3,9 GHz, P-core 5,1 GHz) - DDR5 da 32 GB a 4000 MHz - NVIDIA T1000 8 GB GDDR6
• Lenovo ThinkStation P360 Tiny: i9-12900T vPro (E-core 3,6 GHz, P-core 4,8 GHz) - DDR5 da 32 GB a 4.800 MHz (SODIMM) - NVIDIA® T1000 8 GB GDDR6 - This is the smallest in the market but I'm afraid of the noise and heating
• HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation: i7-12700 - 32 GB RAM - NVIDIA® T1000 (4 GB)

Which is the best? Not only in terms of performance but considering also the size and weight.
I'm open to other option or any other suggestion.
