    Hey all.

    We are looking for a Maya Vray lookdev & Lighting artist to join our team onsite in Billund, Denmark to help our CG team push rendered images for Box art to the next level.
    The contract will be a consultancy role for 2020 with an aim to make fulltime in early 2021 if the right person is found. An early August start date is preferable and must be willing to relocate

    Due to COVID 19 we will be focusing on candidates within the EU with EU passport, ideally in the Denmark region or border countries. Salary D.O.E

    • 3+ years production experience in feature film VFX,
    • Must have advanced experience with Autodesk Maya, Vray, Adobe Photoshop.
    • Experience in PBR techniques a must.
    • Experience in shot lighting and composition.
    • Superior eye for light, shader, color, and detail in creating photo-real shaders and materials.
    • Thorough understanding of color and lighting theory.
    • Ability to balance quick turnaround with achieving a high degree of aesthetic quality.
    • Be willing to share knowledge and experience with others and help develop new junior talent.
    • Must possess strong initiative, excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Possess familiarity with asset & task management systems and procedures.
    • Familiarity with zBrush, Mudbox, Substance painter Mari or other texture and normal/displacement map generation.
    • Nuke experience a plus.
    • Experience in Renderman, Arnold or other render engines is a plus.
    • Experience with Realtime renderers such as Unreal is a plus.
    • Experience with fur and hair grooming and cloth simulation a plus.
    • TriPlanar and camera projection experience a plus.
    • Experience modifying shading network GUI's and defining templates for other artists a plus.
    • Python and C++ skills a plus.
