I was looking randomly on my drive and found this image. I was trying to date it and the only way was from the camera model. That took me 2 hours to finally track down as a kodak from 1997 I believe.
So this must have been done when I got it - I think I actually added it to an older scene done at least a couple of years earlier afaik. Scanline I think...probably.
This is a scan done some years later, as I lost the original file along with all my old stuff on one of those square things sticking out of my 'desktop'....a Zip disk!
Crappy things.
The scene was pretty challenging then. I tried to boolean all the holes from everything (the speakers notably) but my pc fell down with the strain.
I think the phone was nurbs - max nurbs at that! Crazy stuff.
The anglepoise was meticulously detailed and caused the biggest headache in trying to rig it, due to its awkward pivots. The still pretty early internet was my only hope and though some peeps tried to help I never managed to do it. Circular dependency loops...sigh.
Anyway...post early things people! They are always interesting to see
