Need Good Vray/Max 8 Contractor

Our organization is looking for a firm able to create very realistic interior (and some exterior) renderings using Vray 1.5 and Max 8. Critical to our firm selection would be the willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement and to give ownership and copyright of all models and renderings to our organization. Further, publication of the renderings for self-promotion or any other reason would be limited by the non-disclosure agreement.
