heatsinks and fans

My machines are really pretty loud. I'm using the heatsinks and fans that come with the cpu on xeon chips. I'm running dual chips (xeon 5110's on a x7dae) and was wondering what would be the quietest setup that would work. It seem very unclear to me as it looks like most separate heatsink and fan bundles are made for single cpu configurations and not for dual systems (space wise) but maybe I'm wrong. I am looking into building a new system (also a dual xeon system) and would like to make something that doesn't sound like it might take off from a runway. any opinions would be much appreciated
