This is kind of off-topic here, I guess. Hence posting in off topic section!
I'm doing a short film I shot recently, which features a CGI robot as one of the central characters, and he needs to be motion captured. but does anyone know of a mocap studio in/Around LA that might let me do a half day motion capture session for little or no money? Kinda of on a favor basis, and also for me to test out a place I can use in future.
I have done a little digging on prices, and the likes of House of moves are just too damn expensive, and not willing to come down to our meagre budget levels. (Its just a short - nobody makes any money on shorts!) but hopefully if it turns out well, there will be a feature film to follow.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
