BerconTile 3 - how to map?

I'm quite familiar with the older BerconTile but the new v3 version I just can't seem to figure out. This seems like such an elementary request but can anyone send me a screenshot of their settings?

The only way I've been able to get it to work is by setting the tiling size parameter to a very small value (like .1 or smaller) which doesn't make any sense...
