Realtime interactive viewers and director problems

Does anyone here use director ? Im trying to export a w3d file to it and director doesn't seem to be able to see most of the models.

Also, is there a quick time real-time exporter or similar from max so you can view your models/scenes in real-time..not necessarily with all lighting etc
