Professional Services Agreement

So i'm doing more and more freelance work and figured it's time to get a serious PSA/Contract going. I have the one from CGArchitect, but it's a bit wordy at 9 pages long. Does anyone have have any samples/resources or tips they can share? I haven't found a lot of resources out there dealing with the Arch Vis industry.
