  • Eon Ozone 2015 and Vray

    Hi!

I just bought Ozone 2015 and it creates (appart from crashes) some very nice volymetric skies sand clouds. However I have a lot of problems getting it to behave with Vray. Especially getting the GI from the sky to match the GI in the scene. I usually "Disconnect Ozone from host Final Gather" (coz the ozone skylight looks really bad) and apply a Vray sun and sky to get a nice skylight on my geometry. But the Vray sky also lights the Ozone sky, bleaching the clouds. I have looked for tutorials on how to go about all this, but can't find any info and the Ozone manual and Wiki is not very good on this subject. I realize that this is probably more of a Ozone question than a Vray one.. Anyway does anyone have a good method for using Vray with Ozone?
    Regards
    /Tobias

Edit: The Vray sky seems to be multiplied with the Ozone sky and clouds resulting in a bleached out sky.. I have been under a tight deadline so I have not had the time to experiment a lot with a Vray/Ozone setup. I solved the issue temporary by using Vrays built in skylight along with Ozone sun and sky, probably not the best solution but it worked for this project..
