backburner2016 slaves don´t get frames to render any more

hi,

just posted at autodesk area...there are some people that encounter the same problem...
at one second backburner render slaves don´t get frames to render anymore. they stay idle. a new job submitted the render without problem, but for the one job they are no more interested.

any idea here how to fix the prob?
