flickering issue

Hi, we have a flickering problem, not sure if the reason is the animation settings as we had to render quite low although the rest of scene is good....

this is a logo (face illuminated) on a building and its a tiny bit off the surface, would that cause issues as its not hitting the background? ... the letters above are fine as more built up..


Can anyone recommend a way to improve this type of flickering in after effects?
