I was just wanting to check this out as I hadn't noticed it before...and no wonder, as it's not listed as an option in the menu.
I looked at the customise list and it's not listed there either.
So I checked with 'x' search and it is available and see that it's loaded in plugin mgr, so it's usable, just very very odd.
I'm stumped as to how to access it to re-list it in menus, if anyone has an idea
Max 22 btw, though I checked and it's the same with 21 here...weird.
EDIT: As always I find the answer immediately after posting..LOL
Anyway, it is in the list, though for some unfathomable reason it is called 'Show Bake to texture dialogue' rather than the bloody obvious
