V-Ray6 not working on my 3dsmax 2022

My V-Ray6 doesn't active normally. It can't render anything even using IPR. Especially, the V-Ray tab is "EMPTY" and viewport is stuck while using VFB , you can see " Prepairing rendering....." down left below and it IS STAY THERE even I opened a new file.
There's no problem V5 at all. Anybody experieced like me ?
