I have a dispacement modifier on an object in my scene and I am getting some problems. I am using 2d in the modifier. The displacement is on just a small area of the object. I referenced the map I created for it, applied a UV map modifier with the right map channel, unchecked tiling in the map (since I dont want it to repeat) and scaled down the gizmo. well, I still get tiling all over the surface. I am using Max 7 and vray 1.45.70. Cant figure out why tiling is still on..any help??
