  • bug in pysical cam

    hi guys.
    when i enable physical cam in maya and click on motionblur attribute in physical cam it doesn't work of course that i set the shutter speed to 30 but it doesn't work too,plz help me or fix it in vray 1.50 sp2 for maya.(there is a bug in physical cam and sunlight)

      aha i forgot it that i must used the movie or video type of cam. i'm sorry vlado i will test it and tell you it works or not i . thank you very much because of your advice.

        i tested my scene by two other type of cam and i couldn't get result.how can i send my scene for you that you fix it or advice me .

              this is the answer : The motion blur effect created through the V-RayPhysicalCamera will strongly depends on the Shutter speed (because you need more light to get in the camera to create the effect) and the measurement of the scene. This is because it works as a real camera with real parameters.
              In your scene because the movements are not really fast you will need to lower the Shutter speed (try to set it to 1 in example). This way you will get really bright result. To compensate that you can use F-number, ISO or both. (Try to set F-number to 30 and ISO to 10 in example).
              Also you can use the default MB form the V-Ray settings as well which is more easy to use:
