Sorry another newbie

Hey everyone,i'm a bit of a newbie to v-ray and were wondering if anyone could give me some pointers,ive read the manuals and various tutorials but my renderings lack any decent lighting effects,
this is my latest rendering,if someone could help me with a decent hdri file and help make my glass more realistic without revealing whats behind it would be much appreciated.
