Having Trouble Installing V-Ray for Sketchup Academic (Student) - URGENTLY NEED HELP!
Hey everyone,
I had purchased an academic license of V-Ray for Sketchup and went to install it with the dongle on my Mac and now see that I have to wait for Chaos Group to email me back a .rtu file...does anyone know how long this process takes? I realize it's the weekend but I have a huge deadline and didn't know before installing that this was required. Is there anyway I can/will get sent back the .rtu file to complete my activation for V-Ray in the next little while (I sent this to them yesterday afternoon Eastern Time)?
I also am very new to this all, and have never activated a program like this. Is there something I'm missing or is there a way around this - like does everyone who purchases this type of license have to wait for the .rtu file from Chaos Group support? And is it just for Macs? Sorry if this post is confusing I am just really lost and really freaked out that I may not receive activation of V-Ray in time
