Vray for Rhino breaks when applying KB4054518

Heads up for anyone suddenly noticing Vray won't render in Rhino. After applying Microsoft security patch KB4054518 Vray fro Rhino could no longer render. Uninstalling the security patch resolved the issue. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
