Vray Skin tutorial creating textures

Hi,

i am looking for a tutorial for the vray the skin shader.
The basics are no problem. But i want to have more deeper knowledge in creating swallow/Medium/deep- Textures.

How can i get thinks done like tattoos, liver spots an so on.
