ALERT - Issue with NVIDIA Driver 451.48 (aka "Studio" driver)

We are finding that some people are receiving D3D Errors for "not having enough memory" when launch Lavina.
This issue appears to be linked to the latest NVIDIA driver from this Tuesday - version 451.88.

If you receive this error, please install a previous driver (e.g., 446.14) and the issue should go away.
