3d max dome light HDRI animation not working

After the vintage live link, it works well with the option icon of the vintage render
However, after exporting the vrscene file
It's not working
Why is it like this?

Animated dome light and animated textures in dome light from vrscene is not currently supported in Vantage. However you could replicate this simple rotation using scene states: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CQG...usp=drive_link
