Hi,
I just wanted to let people know to check their auto renewal settings. Mine got switched on without my knowledge. It seemed to have started when I received an email letting me know that auto renewal was deactivated for Chaos Cloud, which didn't make sense as the option doesn't exist. After contacting the support, I was told there was a glitch and the sales team will be in touch as extra credit appeared on my account. Then my license for Vray and Phoenix were automatically renewed but I had the option disable. This could be part of the same glitch.
I have spoken to support and everything is resolved but it might be worth for people to check if the auto renewal option is set the way they want to avoid any surprise.
