License transfer Corona for C4D

I have deactivated the automatic monthly renewal licence of Corona Render for C4D because I wanted to buy the annual license, only that my monthly license was renewed yesterday night, now I would like to understand how I can do it.
Because my intention is to buy the annual one, but in this way I would lose the money I just spent, like can this problem be solved?
