Hi,
I would like to know, what is preventing Chaos as a company to change my DCC designation for my Vray perpetual license, from V-ray 5 for Maya to V-ray 5 for Houdini.
This is such a trivial request, and yet all I hear from the abysmal customer support is strong-arming me into subscribing into this worthless crap that is SAAS.
What is exactly so hard in a request for changing my license designation software?
This shouldn't be as hard as to allow a user to change DCC at least once. or to allow perpetual license holders to have access to all other dcc's like all other renderers provide!
