Install license, no license available

I have just downloaded the version of VRay that I need for Maya2024.2 which was released in November of 2024. I have downloaded vray_adv_61001_maya2024_bigsur_unlv.app and successfully installed it. When I go to 127.0.0.1:30304, it says "No Licenses Available". How do I correct this error?

I wanted to edit and add to my previous post, but could not as I tried "edit" and it failed to work. Result: long pause, then back to Forum.
Anyway, I wanted to note for the previous query, that I have installed the new license server per instructions, but for whatever reason, even though Maya can
see the software installed, I cannot get in touch with a License Server. The Error says in the bottom of Maya on the scripting line: "Error: Could not obtain an inferface license (-200): -100: The Chaos License Server could not be reached. I suppose this is my error, I just don't know how to proceed because the simple instructions do not allow for "No Licenses Available."

Your license server shows no licenses available and the online licensing has green or red?

Where do I look up this"online licensing" to see if it is green or red?

In the online licensing, it says I have a license paid for.
