GUI License

Hello,
Since I updated my window, my rhino says 'unable to find GUI license'.
I have tried re installing the server -> did not work.
So uninstalled everything then tried again -> did not work.
Uninstalled, reinstalled everthing, rebooted the pc ->did not work.

Also on my license server, it says no license available.
I re-installed WibuKey. But it still says the same.

Can you please help?
