Urgent: Just bought a year's license of the V-Ray Collection, no licenses showing up in my online licence server

I have re-installed several times, followed the instructions here: (https://forums.chaosgroup.com/forum/...e-chaos-server) and nothing has worked.

My Chaosgroup account pages shows that I own the license for the full V-Ray Collection, but the management console only shows the old licenses I have for Phoenix perpetual.

I have an urgent job I need to work on for a client over the weekend and right now I am unable to work.
