How to render Vray shadow only

Hi, I forget to add a vrayshadow pass to a still image and the render took 12Hours.
I tried to add an override material and add the vrayshadow pass, but the render is as slow as the original beauty render, and the shadow mat is very noisy.
What can I do to get only the shadow, clean and quickly?
